Huang Xingshu
Huang Xingshu, professor. Born on May 20, 1929, a native of Lianxian, Guangdong. Graduated from Lingnan University School of Medicine in 1952.
He was engaged in hygiene teaching in his early years, and began toxicology research and teaching in the 1970s. He was one of the earliest researchers in the country to carry out pesticide reproductive toxicology, and improved the methods of teratogenic and mutagenic tests of foreign chemicals. Accept more than 20 domestic advanced students; cultivate 15 master students; give lectures on toxicology for 7 foreign doctoral students.
Huang Xingshu actively participates in the formulation and revision of my country's pesticide, food, and drug toxicological research and testing and safety evaluation specifications. Presided over 20 ministry (provincial)-level researches and won 9 awards. He has published more than 50 papers, edited and co-edited 10 monographs, has been engaged in pesticide and pharmaceutical toxicity research for more than 30 years, and participated in the evaluation of more than 100 drugs/health food in Zhejiang Province and the country. Served as associate professor and professor in Zhejiang Medical University. The editorial board of 16 domestic and foreign medical journals including Chinese Journal of Pharmacology and Toxicology and "Food and Chemical Toxicogy", the first Chinese to receive the "Yang Te Memorial Award" issued by the US government, and my country's first Maitake The chief developer of the medicine Mai Te Xiao Grifola Flower Capsules (National Medicine Standard B20020023). He has been engaged in pesticide toxicology research for a long time, and the research results on teratogenic, carcinogenic, and mutagenicity of pesticides such as Sulaiwei, mitochondrion, and dimethamidine have provided a basis for the safe use of pesticides. Seven test methods for studying the mutagenicity and teratogenicity of chemical substances in the environment, won the special prize of the American Industrial Hygienists Association in 1983.
After retiring from Zhejiang University School of Medicine, he enjoys special government allowances from the State Council, and he is keen on group anti-cancer, anti-cancer and food safety science publicity work.
