Unveiling the Mystery of Maitake
According to the detection of the Institute of Nutrition and Food Hygiene of the Chinese Academy of Preventive Medicine and the Quality Inspection Center of the Ministry of Agriculture, the dry weight of 100 g of Grifola frondosa contains 25.2 grams of protein (including 18.68 grams of 18 amino acids needed by the human body, of which essential basic acids account for 45.5%), only 3.2 grams of fat, 33.7 grams of dietary fiber and 21.4 grams of carbohydrates.
Grifola frondosa contains many beneficial minerals: potassium, phosphorus, iron, zinc, calcium, copper, selenium, chromium, etc.
The vitamin content is rich. The content of VB1 and VE is about 10-20 times higher than that of the same category, and the content of VC is 3-5 times higher than that of the same category. The contents of aspartic acid and glutamic acid, the delicious amino acids, are also high.
