The Chinese scientific name of Grifola frondosa is Grifola frondosa, a kind of porous bacteria.
In Hebei and Shanxi, because they usually grow on chestnut trees in the wild, they are called "chestnut mushroom" and "chestnut mushroom" by local people; And because it looks like a double lotus, people in Fujian and other places also call it "lotus fungus".
