2. Put a proper amount of oil in the pot, heat the oil and fry the tofu pieces. Control the heat and fry them over medium low heat. Fry them into golden brown on both sides, then put them out for standby.

3. Pour some oil into the pot and stir fry the shallots. Add mushroom slices and Maitake and stir fry until soft.

4. Pour in the fried tofu pieces, add a small bowl of water, add soy sauce, oyster sauce and a little salt, bring to a boil, and then cook over medium heat for 5 minutes, so that the tofu can fully absorb the soup. Stir fry evenly and sprinkle with green onion to add fragrance.
